The Food Technology department has 4 members of staff teaching KS3 food and nutrition, KS4 GCSE food preparation and nutrition and KS5 BTEC hospitality. The state-of-the-art industrial standard catering kitchens offer excellent facilities for the teaching of food, including a fully functioning training restaurant for KS4 & KS5 pupils.
