UCAS Applications – Year 13
If your child would like their UCAS to be sent before Christmas, please remind them to send their application in to school by the end of today (Monday 11th December) at the latest. We can’t guarantee any other applications are sent to UCAS before Christmas if they are sent in to school from tomorrow onwards, but we will do our best.
To send their UCAS Application into school, students need to complete all sections of their application and then click ‘Send’ and pay.
For a reminder of the UCAS letter sent out in October, please click here.
If students need any help with their application or if they have any questions, they are welcome to come and speak to Mrs Hughes at the Sixth Form student services desk.
Many thanks

Take My Child To Work Day
This morning during form time, students who will go to work on Tuesday 5th December have been given a printed copy of a Work Day Activity Booklet. If any students didn’t collect theirs today it will be available during form time on Monday. A link to the booklet can be found by clicking here. Students will find it useful to support their engagement with their work activities.
For students who will come into school as normal on Tuesday, we have a programme of careers activities arranged with external providers.
If you have any questions, please contact Mrs Hughes on lhughes@lymmhigh.org.uk
Thank you
Year 13 – UCAS Applications
Dear Parent / Carer,
There are still some year 13 students who have not yet submitted their UCAS applications to school for us to check prior to sending to UCAS. It is is vital that we receive these as soon as possible to allow enough time for checking all them. Students can expect the checking process to take between 1 to 2 weeks which involves thorough checks, referencing and discussions with the student prior to school sending the application to UCAS. Therefore, if your year 13 child has not yet sent their UCAS application to school, please encourage them to do so as soon as possible. We require them all to be submitted at the latest by Christmas, but the earlier the better, so that we can ensure they are all submitted in time for the UCAS deadline in January.
If you have any questions regarding your child’s UCAS application, or need any support whatsoever, please contact Mrs Hughes on lhughes@lymmhigh.org.uk
Many thanks for your support.
